CSEC TLP 2
CSEC uses TLP 2 protocol according to FIRST Standards definition and Usage Guidance
TLP:RED
TLP:RED tag means that any shared material is for recipients eyes and ears only. Any further disclosure is prohibited .
TLP:AMBER
TLP:AMBER tags means that material is subject to limited disclosure but the disclosure should be strictly done on a need to know basis. Information received with TLP:AMBER can be shared within organization and its clients.
TLP:AMBER+STRICT
TLP:AMBER+STRICT restricts sharing to organization only. Unlike TLP:AMBER which allows information to be shared with clients also.
TLP:GREEN tag represents limited disclosure but any information tagged with it can be shared withing the recipients community. This information should not be disclosed by publicly available means of communication.

TLP:CLEAR
TLP:WHITE represents information that can be shared publicly with anyone as there is no limit on disclosure.
